ATHENS-CLARKE POLICE HAVE ARRESTED A MAN FOR THROWING ROCKS AT SQUAD CARS PARKED AT THE DEPARTMENT'S WEST SIDE SUBSTATION ON BAXTER STREET. POLICE SAY JOHNATHAN STEPHEN WASHINGTON DAMAGED FIVE CARS AND TOLD OFFICERS HE DID IT BECAUSE HE WANTED TO GO TO JAIL.
