THE NORTHEAST GEORGIA BOY SCOUTS COUNCIL MARKS ITS 75TH ANNIVERSARY TODAY. THE LOCAL COUNCIL, WHICH REPRESENTS 26 COUNTIES IN OUR REGION, WILL PLANT A LARGE WILLOW OAK TREE AT ITS JEFFERSON SERVICE CENTER.
