THE ATHENS AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOSTS ITS 107TH ANNUAL MEETING TONIGHT. DAVID RATCLIFFE, PRESIDENT AND C-E-O OF THE SOUTHERN COMPANY, IS THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER FOR THE EVENT, WHICH GETS UNDERWAY AT 5:00 THIS AFTERNOON AT THE CLASSIC CENTER.
