Choyce Johnson Dies

Former Oconee County Commission Chairman Choyce Johnson died this morning. Johnson, Oconee's Commission Chair from 1981 through 1989, was a retired GBI agent and a former Georgia State Trooper. Funeral arrangements are pending and will be handled by Lord and Stephens West.
