Fireworks for the Fourth

The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department is gearing up for tomorrow night's July 4th festivities in Bishop Park. There will be a fireworks display this year: just like last year, local businesses have raised the money necessary to put on the fireworks show, stepping after the local government pulled County funding because of Athens-Clarke County budget shortfalls.
