Crash Victim Identified

Authorities have released the name of the teenager killed in a Thursday night crash on the Highway 10 Loop: Athen-Clarke County Coroner Sonny Wilson says Kelsy Shepley was 19 years old, from Winder. Shepley was killed in the wreck that closed a portion of the Loop between Tallassee Road and Atlanta Highway. Wilson says a 29 year-old man injured in the accident is in the intensive care unit at Athens Regional Medical Center.
