No wonder our society has so many problems: inhumanity is probably related to selfish behavior. Selfish behavior gets us nowhere. Why bash an organization trying to make a positive difference in this world? It makes sense, so why not try to see the other side? Humanity doesn't progress if our lives remain status quo. PETA has a point, and it's related to progress. It's a model of selflessness that most likely we can learn as a lesson toward increasing humane behavior. This moves us in a positive direction.
